We’re thrilled to share an update about our beloved little guy! We adopted Andy 1658, whom we affectionately named Chicago—often shortened to Chi. This clever moniker reflects his initial timidity, as he was quite SHY when we first met him, fearful of everyone, including us and the wonderful volunteers.

After a few weeks of settling in... his delightful, energetic, and hilariously charming personality truly began to shine. We recently celebrated his first birthday with a custom cake from Happy Dog Barkery.

Chi now spends his days basking in the sun on his favorite window perch, zooming around with his cherished toys, and snuggling with us. Our hearts are overflowing with happiness, and we feel incredibly fulfilled as a family.
