20th Annual Pet Walk 2009 - a great success!
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 20th Annual Pet Walk 2009, a walk-a-thon benefiting The Hinsdale Humane Society, on Sunday, June 7th at Katherine Legge Memorial Park. Despite a little rain, hundreds of people and their four-legged canine companions attended Pet Walk this year. We are blessed to have such wonderful support from our community, vendors, sponsors, partners and friends.

HHS Community Microchip Day - 4th Tuesday of month
HHS will host a microchip day on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 3pm – 7pm. HHS will microchip pets on site at the shelter for a reduced rate of $25 per animal. Microchip services normally run between $40 - $60. Appointments will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis by calling 630-323-5630 x 14. Looking for the perfect gift any time of year?...Sponsor an Animal in someone's honor!
Make a difference with your gift giving this year and help our homeless pets too - Sponsor an Animal in their honor. For a minimum donation of $50, you can sponsor a dog or cat in someone's honor!
* Your gift recipient will receive a personalized Hinsdale Humane Society Gift Sponsorship Certificate with a picture and brief description of the sponsored animal.
* The Certificate can be mailed directly to you or the recipient, or it may be picked up at the shelter during regular business hours.
